Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content you publish on your profile. Usernames are first-come, first-served and must not impersonate others or infringe trademarks.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to your profile. You grant us permission to display it publicly on your profile page. Don't publish content that's illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights — we may suspend profiles that do.
NFC cards
Cards are $14.99 each and are programmed to your profile URL before shipping. You're not charged when you submit an order request — we'll email you an invoice, and your order ships after payment clears. Because each card is programmed to your username at the time of ordering, changing your username later means an existing card will no longer open your profile, and you'll need to order a replacement.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more cards. If your card arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. We can't refund cards that stop working only because you changed your username.
Availability
We aim to keep Digicard available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
