Cards are programmed and shipped within a few business days of payment. Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more cards.
How does payment work?
You're not charged when you request a card. We email you an invoice for the total, and your card ships once payment clears.
What if my card arrives broken?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
What if I change my username?
Your card is programmed to your old profile URL, so it will stop opening your profile. You can change links any time for free — but a username change requires a new card.
