Cards are programmed and shipped within a few business days of payment. Shipping is free anywhere in the US.
How does payment work?
You pay securely by card at checkout when you order. Your Digicard is programmed to your profile URL and ships once payment clears.
How do I tap a card on a phone?
Hold the card to the top back of an iPhone or the center back of an Android — a link banner appears and your profile opens. See the How to use page for step-by-step instructions.
What if my card arrives broken?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
What if I change my username?
Your card is programmed to your old profile URL, so it will stop opening your profile. You can change links any time for free — but a username change requires a new card.
